	Primary Style: International Style Benchmark: MSCI EAFE The International portfolio invests in large-capitalization ADRs, seeking long-term appreciation by employing a multi-strategy model that combines over 17 unique quantitative strategies with proven long-term track records. The result is a group of 20 ADRs that pass the most of our top performing strategies. Due to the unique criteria of each method, stocks included in this portfolio have made it through a host of valuation, growth and financial strength tests. Typical holdings in this portfolio are leaders in their regions, and trade at below-market valuations with conservative balance sheets and attractive yields. The International portfolio is rebalanced monthly and intelligent tax selling rules are applied to the sale of individual positions in order to maximize the portfolio's tax efficiency. The strategy is appropriate for investors who want to diversify in non-U.S. based companies, and understand that an ADR-only approach may have a higher degree of volatility.
